Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kindergarten.
- Lead, supervise, and support teachers and staff.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Develop and monitor teaching plans and curriculum implementation.
- Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and school matters.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and school policies.
- Manage staff schedules, student enrolment, and administrative tasks.
- Organize school events, meetings, and staff training.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous experience in kindergarten management or leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Tadika Teacher
Job Description:
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities for young children.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and support children’s learning and development.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
- Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress.
- Prepare teaching materials and learning resources.
- Supervise children during class, meals, and outdoor activities.
- Participate in school events and staff meetings.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Experience working with young children is an advantage.
- Caring, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
