Premium Vegetables Oils Hiring! Full Time Production Engineer-Executive (Refinery) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for managing daily production and its planning, objective & target, machine and materials (raw materials or spares; consumables) and other resources.
• Responsible for managing operations' involvement with turnaround planning and activities with the maintenance and customer service.
• Ensure efficiency in plant operations by working collaboratively with maintenance and technical personnel to achieve equipment reliability performance goals.
• Responsible for plant continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor the previous day production, utility & chemical consumption & record it in the register book for direct cost purpose.
• Reconcile the consumption & production figure with load cell and flowmeter reading. Also evaluate the plant stock.
• Monitor the cleanliness of the entire work place.
• Monitor the spent earth oil content within the limit on a day to day basis.
• Responsible direct full compliance of safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Prepare the monthly report comprising of total plant performance, cost savings & net contribution by the hydro plant and RBD plant.
• Responsible for any special assignments / tasks from immediate superior and General Manager as and when required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Good understanding of vegetable oils refinery concepts.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with inclusive leadership behavior.
• Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with all levels across the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
