Location: Johor, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project execution across all ICX workstreams, tracking progress against the master project plan and sprint schedules
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple development teams
- Maintain and update the project RAID log, escalating critical items to the Programme Manager
- Coordinate resource allocation and workstream scheduling in collaboration with Development Managers, BA Lead, Test Manager, and Infrastructure Lead
- Produce weekly project status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for the Programme Manager and relevant stakeholders
- Manage onboarding of new team members ensuring access, tools, and onboarding documentation are in place
- Track sprint velocity, burndown, and delivery metrics to identify schedule slippage early and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with IT and business teams on requirement clarifications, UAT scheduling, and sign-off activities
- Manage project documentation repository in Confluence ensuring artefacts are version-controlled and accessible
- Support change request processing including impact analysis, scheduling adjustments, and documentation
- Liaise with QA and Test Manager to ensure test cycles, defect resolution, and regression testing milestones are met
- Coordinate parallel run logistics, user training scheduling, and production cutover readiness activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience with at least 3 years managing enterprise software delivery projects in an Agile environment
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required
- Agile/Scrum practitioner certification (CSM or PMI-ACP) is strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing cross-functional delivery teams including developers, BAs, QA, and infrastructure engineers
- Strong proficiency in Agile project management tools specifically Jira and Confluence
- Experience using MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools for milestone and resource tracking
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, and production deployment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across onshore and offshore teams in different time zones
- Experience in utilities, government services, or customer-facing enterprise platform implementations is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
