As a Broadcast Operations Executive under media playout operations, you will provide radio operations support, and monitoring digital TV via IP systems.

As a Broadcast Operations Executive under media playout operations, you will provide radio operations support, and monitoring digital TV via IP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor TV and radio channels to ensure programmes, commercials and updates are aired correctly.
- Check broadcast signals, playlists, subtitles and on-screen text for accuracy before and during transmission.
- Insert radio traffic messages, headline updates and other scheduled content when required.
- Monitor Free-to-Air channels on meWATCH and report any broadcast issues promptly.
- Carry out basic recovery steps during broadcast disruptions and escalate issues when needed.
- Diploma in any relevant field.
- Candidates without the required educational qualifications but with at least 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
- No prior broadcast experience required; training will be provided.
- Comfortable using computer systems and following checklists or standard procedures.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, as the role supports Mandarin-language broadcast operations.
