Responsibilities:

• Assist Banking Manager in handling daily banking and treasury tasks at corporate and project levels

• Assist in reviewing loan and ISDA documentations

• Assist in coordinating loan execution process with internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare various banking and treasury reports (e.g. loan book, cashflow forecast) to facilitate management’s decision making

• Prepare and update meeting materials for management meetings

• Liaise with banks on KYC, pricing quotation, account openings, audit confirmation and loan documentation

• Liaise and maintain good relationship with financial institutions

• Research and analyze market data, and maintain peer group database

• Assist in treasury operations whenever needed

• Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in accounting, business, finance or legal discipline

• Minimum 2 years’ solid experiences of corporate financing, treasury, banking and securities analysis

• Knowledge of bank loan products, listing rules, laws and regulations related to the job is preferred

• Outgoing, dynamic, analytical and detail-minded and capable of meeting tight schedules and working under pressure with minimal supervision

• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
