About The Role
As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Accenture, you will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact outcomes that support business growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and Salesforce solution designs
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment of business goals and system capabilities
Design and document business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Agile delivery frameworks
Leverage knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to recommend optimal solutions
Support implementation activities including configuration validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment readiness
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives
Ensure solutions align with both current business needs and future scalability requirements
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or equivalent role within Agile environments
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification
Salesforce Administrator certification (CRT101)
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
Proven experience in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution documentation
