Responsibilities:

• Execution of recruiting strategies and coordinating recruitment activities like job fair, NGO recruitment talks and internship programs

• Perform routine recruitment function from sourcing candidates to onboarding

• Lead projects like ESG, ESLS and co. licence renewal

• Prepare HR reports and analysis on a regular basis

• Handle staff engagement activities and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines

• A minimum of 5 years solid recruitment experience, preferably gained in property management industry or sizeable organizations with frontline / operational workforce

• Ability to adapt multi-task in a fast-paced working environment and a good team player

• Self-motivated and detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
