Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Executive Human Resources is responsible for supporting and executing the Company's human resource operations across employee lifecycle management, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, compliance, engagement initiatives, and policy implementation. The role ensures HR processes are efficient, compliant with employment legislation, and aligned with the Company's business objectives while delivering quality HR services to employees and management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, resignations, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and statutory documentation, ensuring compliance with Company policies and applicable employment legislation.
  • Prepare and administer employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, transfer, salary adjustment, disciplinary, and separation letters.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits, including payroll coordination, allowances, overtime, claims, bonuses, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on payroll, compensation, and employee benefits matters, and support annual salary review and bonus exercises.
  • Coordinate and administer probation confirmations, performance appraisal cycles, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), ensuring timely completion, accurate documentation, and reporting to Management.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employee enquiries and support the resolution of employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain disciplinary documentation, investigation records, and other employee relations reports in accordance with Company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, leave utilisation, overtime, training, and performance data, to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain the integrity of HR databases and continuously improve HR processes, documentation, and reporting accuracy.


QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in payroll administration and compensation & benefits is preferred.
  • Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Experience with InfoTech payroll systems is an advantage.
