Success Base Engineering Ltd Hiring! Full Time Project Director - Project Manager in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, including overall coordination of progress, quality, budget, and client relations.

• Monitor overall commercial, contractual, and technical matters for all current projects.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project and contractual requirements are met.

• Control and supervise overall site activities; conduct regular site visits and meetings to assess project status and organize work priorities.

• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary; ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Studies, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in senior project management within the fit-out industry, covering retail, residential, offices, hotels, or related sectors. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Project Manager role.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

• Conversant with interior fit-out works, A&A works, and contractual documents.

• Strong leadership and team management skills; able to work independently and under pressure.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Project.

• Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. TCP) are a plus.
