Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the projects for the development of digital trading platforms (mobile APP/web), ensuring they are tailored to HK & US stock markets, publicly & privately offered fund, bond, etc.

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycles, define project scope, oversee budgets, and track project timelines.

  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives for the platform to streamline operations and improve customer engagement.

  • Liaise with various teams (such as business stakeholders, risk stewards, software engineers, UI/UX designer, IT, marketing, compliance and operations) to collecting/ analyzing user requirements and design functional flows, define end-to-end customer journeys and shape outcome/solutions.

  • Review the business performance after the launch of the project and support customer enquire about the product features and solve customers’ difficulties.

  • Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes, like SFC, HKEX, SEC, etc, as well as internal policies, and timely execute product enhancement and other risk based diligence.

  • Communicate with third-party vendors for trading engines, market data feeds, and payment gateways.

Requirements

  •  Degree holder or above and preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent.

  • Typically 5+ years of project management or business analysis experience within the brokerage, banking or FinTech industry.

  • Deep understanding of equities, margin trading, financial derivatives, and the settlement processes relevant to local and international markets.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, API integrations, and mobile app architecture (iOS and Android).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and able to work independently.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is typically required; Cantonese is frequently preferred.
