Job responsibilities:

• Patient laboratory tests

• Assist doctor during consultations, examinations as well as clinical procedures

• Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs

• Carry out nursing duties and drug dispensing

• Overseas trained nurses are preferred

• Patient coordination such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files

• Ensure the clinic's operations run smoothly and efficiently

• Insurance handling

Job requirements:

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese English and Mandarin

• Strong sense of responsibility, good work attitude, and ability to work independently

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems

• Excellent customer service skills

• Must be detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to patient care

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with team members

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
