Project Officer (Frequency Travel)(Ref# 068494)

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between factory teams, suppliers, merchandising, and management

• Organize project meetings, follow-ups, and presentations

• Support planning and execution of production, efficiency, and capacity-improvement projects

• Track project milestones, budgets, output, and factory performance KPIs

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation

• Lead improvement or digital transformation projects (e.g., automation, ERP upgrades, sustainability)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields

• 2–4 years (Project Officer) or 5+ years (Senior) experience in garment manufacturing or related industry

• Understanding of production processes, IE principles, quality standards, and compliance requirements

• Strong communication (English & Mandarin), coordination, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools
