·Level 3 escalation point for any reports not submitted or alerts that are not reported/closed by SOC/Asset owner within the committed response time

·Level 2 Escalation regarding misses in analysis or threat anomalies not informed to the customer

·Set milestone for the TA team

·Review and ensure corrective action is taken for any SLA violations or alerts missed from SOC team

·Review monthly MIS reports

·Engage in discussions with client to understand expectations and seek feedback on SOC MDR teams

·Review quarterly internal audit reports and ensure that SOC has taken necessary action on any audit findings

·Review the alert scenario and lead the alert drill table top exercise

·Analyze KPI reports received from SOC and recommend corrective actions

·Initiate DR
