Job scope

Ensure compliance with OSH safety guidelines and promote safe work practices; assist in incident investigations when required.
Monitor vessel movements via Portnet & JP Online and coordinate with shipping agents, customers, and plant operators on loading schedules.
Manage driver deployment, scheduling, and performance to meet delivery KPIs.
Track drivers using GPS systems and ensure route compliance.
Oversee fleet operations (Prime Movers and drivers) and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents using Portnet & Jurong Port systems.
Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure timely processing of delivery records.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues promptly.
Reconcile driver trip records after job completion for accuracy.
Support urgent delivery requests and operational emergencies.
Provide 24/7 rotational on-call support for operational incidents.
Requirement
GCE 'A' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics),
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
