We are currently partnering with a leading international bank who have a strong presence in the Asia region.

They are looking to hire a Collateral & Margin candidate into their APAC Middle Office & Operations team.

This role focuses on Global Netting Agreement (GNA) margin operations, ensuring timely collateral management for strategic Prime Brokerage clients.

This role will be responsible for the following:

• Execute daily end-to-end margin operations by calculating, issuing, and settling collateral calls for GNA and Prime Brokerage clients.
• Resolve high-value trade disputes and valuation breaks through close collaboration with front-office trading desks, credit risk, and institutional counterparties.
• Mitigate operational and financial risk by designing, implementing, and enforcing stringent control procedures and standardized operating workflows.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and market developments to recommend and embed banking industry best practices across the APAC operations ecosystem.
• Produce performance metrics and operational reporting to communicate risk insights, settlement trends, and process efficiency directly to internal senior stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 2+ years of working experience within Investment Banking Operations, Middle Office, or Prime Brokerage infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in Collateral Management, Margin Operations, or Valuation Disputes
