Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Change Management Senior Associate/Associate to join our fast-paced Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 3 - 5 years of experience in digital banking operations, project management, or business analytics.

You will drive critical initiatives aimed at optimising operational processes, implementing system enhancements, and improving our digital banking platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery, regulatory compliance, and enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the review and optimisation of processes across teams to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness and improve the user experience.

• Define, monitor, and analyze key business metrics, leveraging data analytics to uncover actionable insights and identify new opportunities for improvement.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initial planning to execution and tracking while delivering consistent status updates to senior stakeholders.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors. Track and optimize vendor performance to ensure high service quality, strategic alignment, and value delivery.

• Translate complex business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to guide system implementations and workflow changes.

• Support the implementation of banking systems and tools, ensuring operational requirements are met and systems are ready for audits and regulatory reviews.

• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties, cross-functional projects, and strategic initiatives to support evolving business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field

• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in project management and process improvement within the financial services industry or a similar industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations

• Proficiency in SQL is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
