Maybank Singapore Hiring! Full Time Senior Manager - Manager, Control - Prevention (Technology) in - Ricebowl

Join our Technology Control & Prevention team and play a key role in strengthening the Bank's technology and cyber risk management capabilities. As part of our embedded first-line risk and control function, you will partner closely with Technology, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit and regulatory stakeholders to drive robust risk governance, enhance control effectiveness and support regulatory compliance. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of technology risk management, contributing to a secure, resilient and well-controlled technology environment while gaining broad exposure to technology governance, cyber risk, regulatory engagement and enterprise-wide risk management.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Facilitate technology and cyber risk management activities, including risk assessments, self-assessments, risk exceptions and control reviews
• Support the identification, assessment, documentation and monitoring of technology risks and control gaps
• Maintain technology risk registers, repositories and remediation trackers to ensure risks and issues are properly managed
• Prepare and coordinate risk reporting, management information and regulatory submissions
• Monitor risk metrics, key risk indicators and emerging risk trends, highlighting areas requiring management attention
• Support incident management processes, including incident reporting, escalation, root cause tracking and remediation follow-up
• Coordinate audits, regulatory inspections and engagements with Technology Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Audit
• Track and drive the closure of audit findings, regulatory issues and control enhancement initiatives
• Support the Technology Sector's Business Risk Coordinator (BRC) activities and facilitate effective collaboration across the three lines of defence.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 8 years relevant experience in technology risk, IT governance, cyber security, technology audit, operational risk or related functions
• Good understanding of technology and cyber risk management practices
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate governance and regulatory requirements into practical actions and controls
• Meticulous, structured and execution-focused, with strong attention to detail
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CCSP or CGEIT will be advantageous.
