Responsibilities
US MNC consulting engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Director, Mechanical Engineering to lead the design and delivery of major building services projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical engineering design and project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and quality assurance.
- Manage clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams.
- Support business development, proposals, and project pursuits.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PEB), Singapore.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in mechanical building services consulting.
- Proven experience leading medium to large-scale building projects.
- Strong expertise in:
-ACMV Systems
-Chilled Water Systems
-AHU, FCU & VAV Systems
-Ventilation Systems
-Fire Protection Systems
-Plumbing & Sanitary Systems
- Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, regulations, and authority submissions.
- Experience managing engineering teams and client relationships.
Experience in commercial, healthcare, industrial, mixed-use, mission-critical, or data centre projects will be highly advantageous.
