Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Technology's ownership of technology and cyber risks, driving robust risk and control practices, and ensuring compliance with the Bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements. Working closely with senior stakeholders, regulators and risk partners, the role supports the Bank's technology resilience, control effectiveness and secure digital transformation.

As the Head of Control & Prevention, you will

• :Lead the Technology Control & Prevention function and shape the Bank's technology risk and control agend
• aDrive effective identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting and remediation of technology and cyber risks across Technolog
• yStrengthen Line 1 ownership and accountability for risk management and control executio
• nAct as the key liaison between Technology, Technology Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit and regulato
• rOversee technology risk reporting, KRIs, risk registers, issue management and remediation trackin
• gLead incident governance, escalation, root cause analysis and regulatory notifications where require
• dCoordinate audits, regulatory inspections and independent reviews while ensuring timely and sustainable closure of finding
• sDrive Technology's response to regulatory findings and deliver continuous improvements in the risk and control environmen

Requirements

• :-Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security or a related discipli
• neAt least 12 years of experience in technology risk, cyber security, governance, operational risk, audit and/or technology functions with 8 years in a supervisory ro
• leDemonstrated key stakeholders management skills, and experience in managing tea
• msStrong understanding of technology and cyber risk management frameworks, governance processes and regulatory expectatio
• nsExperience engaging regulators, auditors and senior management on technology risk matte
• rsProven ability to influence, challenge and drive risk ownership across complex technology environmen
• tsProfessional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CISA, CCSP or CGEIT will be advantageou
