Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET Backend Developer to act as a technical pillar within our engineering team. You won’t just be writing code; you will be architecting the future of our infrastructure, mentoring peers, and spearheading the integration of AI-driven solutions into our core product suite.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect & Scale: Lead the evolution of our existing systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and ready for future growth.
• Cloud Orchestration: Own our cloud infrastructure (CI/CD, server management, and security), optimizing for both performance and cost-efficiency.
• External Ecosystems: Design and implement complex third-party integrations that expand our platform’s capabilities.
• Leadership & Strategy: Partner with the IT Manager in sprint planning and code reviews to maintain high-quality engineering standards.
• Innovation: Research and implement cutting-edge AI features and performance strategies to keep us ahead of the market.

Technical Requirements :

• A Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Computing, Engineering & IT-related studies, and
• At least 4 years of development experience in C#, .NET CORE, WEB API, including an up-to-date development approach
• Proficiency in database queries(SQL) and optimizations
• 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud hosting(GCP)
• Proficiency with Redis for distributed caching and state management.
• Experience using message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
• Able to interpret business requirement processes into a technical solution

Nice to Have

• AI API integration experience
