• Prepare and maintain IT-related reports, including but not limited to sustainability reports and capital commitment reports.
• Support IT budget monitoring, including tracking expenditures, renewals, and payment-related activities.
• Manage vendor registration and support vendor administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
• Assist in IT procurement activities, including preparation of documentation for renewals and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate IT records and documentation, ensuring proper filing, organisation, and audit readiness.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of audit-related documentation, ensuring completeness and timely submission.
• Perform any other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or IT management.

Skill Required

• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent and able to commence work immediately or on short notice;
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and accountability in ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within stipulated deadlines;
• Good in documentation preparation will an added advantage;
• Resourceful and able to work independently and as a team player;
• A self-starter with proven initiatives to learn new technologies;
• Mature thinking with good work attitude;
• Good communication, verbal and written skills in English;
