Job Description
- This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining IT systems, infrastructure, and assets while troubleshooting issues and driving system improvements.
- Technical Support: Provide regional and hands-on technical support to colleagues.
- IT Asset Management: Manage IT assets and equipment.
- System Administration: Administer and troubleshoot cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure, including M365, Azure, VMWare, Window serves, Database, Linux servers & storage.
- Performance Monitoring: Support performance monitoring, firmware/software upgrades, and security patching for VM Host & clients.
- Collaboration: Work with external vendors and the operation team on application systems and configuration.
- System Integration: Coordinate with the Application/Developer team for application support and integration.
- System Improvement: Participate in IT enhancement projects and provide recommendations to streamline processes.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands on experience in system administration, cloud and on-premise infrastructure support, IT asset management, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in tracking, maintaining, and optimizing IT hardware and software assets.
- Providing hands-on and remote support across regional teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
