Job Summary

The Key Account Executive will support the promotion of Sany Capital’s financing solutions, assist with credit and risk assessments, monitor collections, and manage administrative activities. This role works closely with sales teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth financing operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing

• Support the introduction and promotion of Sany Capital’s financing solutions to Sany’s end customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with local direct sales teams and dealer sales teams to support financing activities.
• Assist in increasing financing penetration rates through effective coordination and customer support.

Risk Management

• Assist in preliminary screening of credit applications and preparation of credit assessment documents.
• Coordinate with insurance panels to ensure financed equipment has appropriate coverage.
• Support credit review processes and maintain proper documentation.

Collections

• Monitor customer payment status and assist in following up on overdue accounts.
• Support collection activities and maintain accurate payment records.

Administrative Support

• Prepare financing agreements and manage related documentation.
• Assist with reporting, data compilation, and other administrative tasks required by HQ.
• Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, credit, banking, administration, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of credit assessment, risk management, and collections.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams and internal departments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
