Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong expertise across product and engineering, capable of translating ideas and discovery into scalable, deliverable outcomes. This role requires hands-on ownership of product strategy and execution, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive product development across multi-market environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from idea/discovery → solutioning → execution → delivery.
• Translate business ideas and discovery insights into clear, structured product requirements and deliverable outcomes.
• Drive multi-market analysis and define pragmatic solutions to build scalable, unified products.
• Design and drive solutions using composable architecture principles (modular services, reusable components, integration patterns).
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, architects, and tech leads to ensure feasibility and alignment with target architecture.
• Drive POC (Proof of Concept) initiatives, including defining hypotheses, building prototypes with engineers, and validating feasibility and business value.
• Define and shape AI features and product experiences, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and technical capabilities.
• Own product roadmap and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and delivery execution.
• Manage product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure traceability across the lifecycle from requirements → build → test → release.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across global and local markets, securing buy-in, approvals, and sign-offs.
• Manage compliance, security considerations, and regulatory requirements, including trade-offs and risk acceptance decisions.
• Provide clear updates on product progress, risks, priorities, and delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager across product and engineering domains.
• Proven ability to convert ideas and discovery into structured product outcomes.
• Expertise in composable architecture and scalable solution design.
• Hands-on experience with POCs, prototyping, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience in defining and delivering AI-driven product features and capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management across multi-market and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage trade-offs, risks, and regulatory constraints in enterprise environments.
• Strong technical understanding to engage in architecture discussions with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

Domain Experience

• Experience delivering enterprise digital products across multiple markets
• Experience in Insurance
• Strong understanding of compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
• Certifications in Product Management / Agile (CSPO, SAFe, etc.) preferred
