About WFH Holdings Group

WFH Holdings Group is a multi-brand wellness, fitness, and lifestyle company building spaces

where people connect through sport, movement, and community. Our brands include:

  • Pickle Social Club (PSC) — Malaysia's pioneering pickleball club.
  • Find Your TRIBE — our fitness and community brand.
  • NOA All Day Dining — our all-day dining concept.
  • The Courts — our sports and lifestyle venue.
  • Sync Social Club (SYNC) — our recovery and wellness club.

Behind these brands sits a growing tech and AI team building the internal platform that runs the

group — spanning finance, marketing, analytics, operations, and management, with AI and

automation at its core.

About the Role

As our AI Automation Intern, you'll join a small, lean tech and AI team — working directly with

our Head of AI — to automate manual workflows, build internal tools, and bring AI into everyday

operations across our brands.

This is a hands-on role in a small team, so you'll get lots of ownership and variety, and see your

work make a real impact across the company. If you're curious about AI and automation and

enjoy solving real business problems, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual, repetitive tasks
  • Support development of internal dashboards and tools across finance, marketing, analytics, operations, and management
  • Work with AI tools, LLMs, and APIs to power automated reporting, data processing, and chat automation
  • Build and integrate agentic workflows and automations using MCP and agentic platforms (e.g. report generation, data pipelines, chatbots)
  • Help connect systems and platforms so data flows smoothly across brands
  • Test, document, and improve the tools you build

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python (scripting, automation, working with APIs)
  • Understanding of REST APIs and working with JSON data
  • Frontend development with React (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) for building dashboards and internal tools
  • Comfortable with Git/GitHub for version control
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL (querying, basic data modelling)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn fast
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) and prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g. Agno, LangChain) or building AI agents
  • Experience with automation / no-code / low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, ManyChat)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare) and deployment
  • Experience with data tools (Pandas, spreadsheets, data visualisation)
  • Personal projects, hackathons, or a GitHub portfolio to show your work

What You'll Gain

  • Real experience building AI-powered tools used across a multi-brand company
  • Direct mentorship from the Head of AI
  • Exposure to the full cycle of turning a business problem into a working solution
  • A flexible, learning-focused environment
