What You Will Do
Microsoft 365 Administration & Governance
- Administer and manage the Group's Microsoft 365 environment.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, permissions, and access controls.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune device management and compliance policies.
- Manage Microsoft Defender security policies, alerts, and investigations.
- Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments.
- Implement and maintain Conditional Access and security policies.
- Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, access reviews, and offboarding.
- Optimize Microsoft licensing utilisation and costs.
IT Infrastructure & Network Management
- Oversee office IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Manage meeting room technology, AV systems, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure proper documentation of infrastructure and configurations.
- Review and manage network security policies and segmentation.
- Support capacity planning and infrastructure scalability initiatives.
Vendor & Service Provider Management
- Manage relationships with managed service providers, software vendors, ISPs, and hardware suppliers.
- Oversee software licensing and renewals.
- Coordinate hardware procurement, warranties, and maintenance contracts.
- Monitor vendor performance and service delivery standards.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Implement and enforce Group IT security policies and standards.
- Monitor the organisation's security posture and coordinate remediation activities.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and compliance checks.
- Coordinate incident response activities and security escalations.
- Maintain incident records and perform post-incident reviews.
IT Governance & Compliance
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Develop and enforce IT governance standards and best practices.
- Support internal and external IT audits and compliance initiatives.
Strategic Projects & Digitalization
- Recommend technology improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Lead or support Microsoft 365 enhancement projects.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades, office expansion projects, and security improvement initiatives.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience managing external vendors, managed service providers, or technology partners.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments.
- Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience managing software licensing, hardware procurement, and IT service providers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across the organization.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate, Microsoft Security Administrator, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP would be an added advantage.
- Experience in multi-company environments and supporting organizations with 50–200 users will be highly advantageous.
