Job Description:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all hotel facilities, equipment, and engineering systems.

• Lead and supervise the Engineering team to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.

• Manage repairs, maintenance projects, contractors, and service providers.

• Monitor departmental budgets, maintenance costs, and energy consumption.

• Respond promptly to engineering emergencies and operational issues.

• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all certifications are up to date.

• Support renovation and capital improvement projects when required.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in the hospitality industry, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building systems.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with preventive maintenance, budgeting, and contractor management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.

• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to maintaining high operational and safety standards.
