Tasks & responsibilities

• Chiller Technician to install, maintain and repair Equipment Chiller systems in the Semiconductor Industry. You will occasionally be required to station at the customers’ sites to troubleshoot, conduct field repair and maintenance of chiller systems to fulfil their requirements
• Installing, Trouble-shooting and maintaining Equipment Chiller systems at customers’ worksites (Semiconductor)
• Repair and maintenance of chiller systems in a workshop (Eg. leak repair, fire brazing, compressor replacements, condenser, evaporators etc.)
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' queries.

Qualifications & experience

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in any Engineering/Electronics discipline
• Diploma in any Engineering/Electronics discipline
• Experience in Air-con repair and maintenance or in HVAC industries is a plus, but not necessary
• Background in Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a plus, but not necessary
• Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating is a plus, but not necessary
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Must be able to speak English & Mandarin to customers. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
