YS Gan & Co Hiring! Part Time Audit Part-time in Selangor - Ricebowl

Job Scopes:

• Assist in performing audit fieldwork and substantive audit procedures, including testing transactions, verifying bank balances, auditing fixed assets, and reviewing accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules, lead sheets, and audit reports.
• Visit clients' premises to perform inventory counts, collect audit information, and support audit assignments.
• Work closely with Audit Seniors and Managers to gain practical exposure to audit processes, client engagements, and risk assessment.
• Perform other audit-related and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Required language(s): Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, including customers from China.
• No work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Excel. Familiarity with AutoCount, SQL, UBS, or other accounting software is an added advantage.
• Preferably specialized in Accounting/ Finance/Banking or equivalent.
• Willing to work at Kota Damansara or Seri Kembangan (choose one location).
• Work From Home are not allowed.
• On-site is required and work at Weekdays during 9AM until 5.30pm only.
