Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of indirect materials, services and maintenance-related items
• Source and purchase machinery, equipment, tools and measuring instruments
• Handle maintenance, repair and facility-related services (machines, utilities, etc.)
• Purchase office and factory consumables (PPE, uniforms, stationery, pantry, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors for repair, installation and facility works
• Obtain quotations, perform comparison and negotiate pricing
• Support cost control and vendor management activities
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support operations

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years purchasing experience in indirect procurement / MRO / facility support
• Experience dealing with equipment, maintenance or service vendors is an advantage
• Strong coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
