Job Description:

• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and provide relevant quotations.
• Regularly monitor bookings to ensure accuracy and update any changes in booking details.
• Oversee cargo readiness, ensuring correct measurements, weight, packing type, and timely preparation.
• Coordinate closely with vendors (e.g., truckers, fitters, etc.) and customers to ensure timely cargo loading and delivery.
• Obtain required documents from customers for customs documentation preparation.
• Transfer complete customer documentation and job files to the Documentation team for customs processing.
• Work closely with both Documentation and Operations teams to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely vessel loading/delivery.
• Update customers on final cargo loading or delivery status, issue invoices, and close bookings accordingly.
• Perform any other customer-related duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• 1 year related experience in Logistics/Forwarding/Shipping Line is an added advantage.
• Malaysia citizen.
