Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately.
• Advise management on manpower planning, disciplinary matters, engagement strategies, and compensation topics.
• Review and support the development of compensation & benefits structures.
• Strengthen employee relations and promote positive workplace culture.
• Drive HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Mentor junior HR staff and collaborate across functional teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience; candidates with strong BPO HR operations experience are highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and HR analytics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
