Responsibilities:

· F&B Operations Manager will be reporting to Hotel Manager and supports the running of F&B Department by directing, controlling and coordinating all Food & Beverage operations in ensuring the hotel achieves its financial, guest satisfaction, internal processes and learning & growth objectives.

· Hands-on involvement with all day-to-day functions, including associates management, guest interactions, office administration, vendor communication and labour costs management.

· Empowers Food & Beverage team to ensure that all day-to-day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are exceeded.

· Keeps the service standard at a level above market expectation at all times

· Work closely with Head/Sous Chef to ensure the existence of menu offering that appeals to our target group

· Create value proposition that caters to market expectation and drive profitability at the same time

· Responsible for achieving hotel’s Food & Beverage budget

· Initiate proactive cleanliness and hygiene practices in all Food & Beverage areas.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Food & Beverage including banqueting, preferably from hotel environment

· Tertiary education in related fields or full hospitality professional certification

· Excellent financial acumen

· Able to command support from team in getting tasks done

· Malaysia citizen
