Exodus F&B Hiro Sdn Bhd a.k.a Core Food Holding Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based food & beverage company operating under the brand Sushi Hiro, a Japanese restaurant concept inspired by Japan’s rich culinary heritage. The company focuses on delivering high-quality Japanese cuisine, combining authentic flavors, presentation, and modern dining experiences.

Job Scope:

• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook Japanese dishes according to standards
• Ensure food quality, presentation & consistency
• Supervise kitchen staff and support training
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients

Requirements:

• Experience in Japanese cuisine (e.g. sushi, sashimi, hot kitchen)
• Minimum 2–3 years kitchen experience (senior role preferred)
• Good knowledge of food safety & hygiene practices
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
