Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
• Conduct orientation for new hires.

HR Operations & Payroll

• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and related statutory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

Employee Relations & Performance

• Support performance appraisal and KPI tracking exercises.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related guidance.
• Participate in HR policy updates, internal communications, and staff engagement initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, PDPA, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
