Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and professional development programmes.
• Learn the complete business process, including prospecting, client engagement, business development and client servicing.
• Assist in developing and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Gain exposure to business operations, revenue planning and growth strategies.
• Support team meetings, training programmes and company events.
• Learn how business performance data is used for planning and decision-making.
• Develop communication, presentation, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Work closely with experienced leaders to achieve individual and team goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field; or
• Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
