About the Job:
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and equipment. The role supports inventory accuracy, timely order fulfilment, and compliance with healthcare quality standards, ensuring uninterrupted operations across clinics and healthcare facilities.
Job Responsibility
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders (DO) and purchase orders (PO).
- Pick, pack, and prepare medical supplies for distribution to clinics.
- Ensure timely dispatch of supplies according to delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, expired, or missing items.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Stock Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Label, organize, and store inventory for easy identification and retrieval.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medical supplies, including temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
Quality & Compliance
- Comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), company SOPs, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate documentation for receiving, issuing, transferring, and returning inventory.
Logistics Support
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and clinic teams to support stock replenishment.
- Prepare and maintain delivery and return documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.
Qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or FMCG industry.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift and handle warehouse inventory safely.
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (preferred).

Working Location
Working Hours
- 9.00AM - 6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
- Sometime may required to work on Saturdays
