• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.
• Follow up with customers and assist them throughout their purchasing journey.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Work together with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure customers receive a fast, friendly, and professional experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or WhatsApp customer handling is preferred.
• Familiar with handling customer enquiries through WhatsApp in a professional manner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and respond to customers promptly.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
