As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting operations of VSPEED WORLDWIDE MARKETING (M) SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor.
This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization within the Accounting and Bookkeeping industry.

Job Descriptions:

• Assisting with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Handle accounts receivable: monitor outstanding balances, follow up on collections, and ensure accuracy of company cash inflows
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of accounting transactions
• Preparing and submitting financial reports and statements in a timely manner
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of financial information
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of the accounting system

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field

- At least 1 years of working experience in accounting roles

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Candidates with knowledge of Tax matter (eg. SST, WHT, e-Invoice) will be given priority

Location: Taman Ekoperniagaan, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am -6pm
