Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer quality issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in product quality planning and quality control based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and update quality reports required by customers.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities to prevent quality issues.
• Manage customer complaints and prepare 8D corrective action reports.
• Monitor customer quality KPIs and implement improvement action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Computer Engineering, Automation Technology, or related disciplines) or Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics).
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in a Quality Engineering or Customer Quality role.
• Experience in customer complaint handling and 8D problem-solving methodology.
• Knowledge of product quality planning and quality control processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good communication and customer management skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of quality tools is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
