Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with industrial clients, identifying business opportunities, and supporting project teams in delivering tailored solar PV solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, adaptable, and passionate about renewable energy and sustainability. Prepare customized business proposals in alignment with client needs, particularly for key accounts. Conduct site visits to gather technical information for project planning and execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Preparing the proposals for key account clients, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their needs, and presenting tailored solar PV solutions.

· Conduct site visits and provide the Operation & Engineering team with details information to facilitate accurate planning and layout design.

· Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Operation & Engineering team and other project stakeholders to develop efficient project methodologies and maintain profitability.

· Work closely with the Operation & Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution and achieve optimal customer satisfaction.

Requirements

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related fields.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and identify growth opportunities.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

· Prior knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy solutions is an added advantage.

· Able to speak Bahasa and English fluently, mandarin (is advantage).
