Position: Finance Assistant

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Monthly Salary: RM3,000

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Department and report directly to the Finance Executive.
• Prepare payments to suppliers, employees, and subcontractors in accordance with the established timelines.
• Review, verify, and maintain records of monthly expense and staff reimbursement claims in compliance with company guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Perform daily updates of cashbooks, including payments issued, signed, and released.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with other finance and administrative duties as assigned by the Finance Executive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
