Role Description The Marketing Associate Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This position supports the planning and execution of face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns, including preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and assisting with on-ground promotional activities. The role involves conducting basic market research, helping monitor campaign performance, and providing administrative support to the marketing and sales teams. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, collecting feedback, maintaining records of campaign activities, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of brand awareness initiatives. The Marketing Associate Assistant is expected to work closely with supervisors, follow established processes, and contribute to a positive and professional customer experience.
