Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and design-driven Senior Landscape Architect to lead landscape projects from concept through to completion. This role requires strong design leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage clients, teams, and multidisciplinary coordination within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage landscape projects from concept development to detailed design and implementation.
• Prepare, review, and oversee design drawings, master plans, and technical documentation.
• Develop innovative and functional landscape solutions aligned with project vision, site context, and sustainability principles.
• Coordinate closely with architects, planners, engineers, and clients to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, and address feedback effectively.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
• Oversee site progress and ensure design intent is maintained during construction stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in landscape projects.
• Proven track record in leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Solid technical knowledge in planting design, materials, grading, and construction detailing.
• Familiar with authority submission processes and local regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools (e.g. Lumion).
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
