全职 Supply Chain Executive Jobs, in Richeese Factory Malaysia Petaling Jaya - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Executive to join our growing team and ensure our restaurants receive the right products, at the right time, with the highest level of efficiency.

Job Responsibility

• Manage inventory planning and replenishment to ensure product availability across restaurant outlets
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze stock movement to minimize shortages, overstock, and waste
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Operations to support daily business needs
• Track supplier deliveries and resolve supply-related issues
• Monitor logistics performance and ensure timely product distribution
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare regular performance reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Demand Planning, Logistics
• Experience in QSR, Food & Beverage, Retail, or FMCG is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Power BI will be considered a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Willing to be placed at Petaling Jaya, Selangor
