We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team!

Job Summary

As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver high-quality spa treatments and guest service aligned with hotel standards, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and responding promptly to guest needs.

As a Spa Therapist, we rely on you to:

• Deliver spa treatments professionally and efficiently to meet guest preferences and hotel standards
• Respond promptly and effectively to all guest requests during spa experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms throughout the day
• Learn and apply knowledge of spa packages, facilities, and equipment to enhance guest satisfaction
• Work independently to manage treatment schedules and guest interactions

We are looking for someone who:

• Have experience working in a spa environment
• Demonstrate passion for wellness and holistic health includes foot reflexology
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests
• Enjoy interacting with diverse guests and colleagues
• Hold valid certifications from CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, IFA, or equivalent qualification
