Job Summary

Perform comprehensive quantity surveying tasks to support project cost management and contract administration, contributing to effective project delivery and financial control.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities to ensure accurate cost estimation and contract compliance
• Analyze and quantify materials and resources required for projects to support budgeting and procurement decisions
• Manage cost control processes to monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Evaluate and certify contractors’ claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract terms
• Prepare detailed monthly progress claims and cost analysis reports to inform project stakeholders and support financial tracking
• Coordinate and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works related to quantity surveying to ensure integrated project cost management

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and manage project documentation
