Finance Executive

Job Scope

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow projections.

• Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, GST).

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.

Working Hours

• 5‑day work week

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary

• Up to S$4,200 per month

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
