Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,000 in S-TEAM SERVICES PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders.
• Responsible for quantity take off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.
• Procurement of materials and project related items.
• Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations.
• Managing the contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions with respect to financial complications.
• Assist Project Director/ Manager / Snr QS on contractual disputes and arbitration.
• Others as when instructed by the Management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position in the renovation industry.
• Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background.
• Strong commitments and strict adherence to report deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Good communications & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to start work within a short notice preferred.
