Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Working Location: Rochor
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,600 + Transport Allowance $200 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Perform general repair works, including basic carpentry such as furniture repairs and fixture installation.
Carry out basic electrical works, including replacing sockets, light bulbs, and resolving minor electrical issues.
Handle minor plumbing tasks, such as clearing blockages and fixing small leaks.
Perform painting touch-ups and minor wall repairs when required.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, furniture, and fixtures to identify issues early.
Complete repair and maintenance tasks within the required timeline and quality standards.
Update maintenance tasks through the job ticketing system and record completion details.
Identify recurring issues and recommend suitable solutions.
Assist with moving and assembling furniture for tenants.

At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, building services, or a related technical role.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair works.
